VivoAquatics Updates

Show Some Love To Your VivoPoint Profile This February

January 30, 2026

February is a great time to review and fine-tune your VivoPoint setup. Taking a few minutes to update key areas can help ensure more accurate insights, reliable alerts, and smoother day-to-day operations. You may even find some valuable tools you weren’t using before.

Here are a few places worth checking in on:

Body of Water Profiles

Make sure each body of water has accurate details entered on it’s Profile page. Most importantly, the gallons! This is important information for VivoPoint, and it powers the Chemical Dosing Calculator, removing guesswork from chemical adjustments.

Chemical Dosing Calculator

Once your pool volume is entered in the Profile, you can use the Dosing Calculator to set a desired change for readings collected from a manual test. VivoPoint will calculate how much of each chemical to add, helping you make precise adjustments.

Equipment Page

On a body of water’s Equipment page, add new pieces of equipment, or review equipment information like installation dates, warranty details, and model numbers to keep everything documented and easy to reference.

Notifications

Visit your property’s Notifications page to confirm that you will receive alerts for the readings that matter most to you. You can set notifications for specific thresholds on each body of water and control how often and where you receive them.

Team Page

Double-check that all relevant team members are listed on the property's Team page, and that contact information is up to date, so alerts and access stay in the right hands.

Reports

Visit the Reports page on the property and subscribe to the reports you care about most. You can receive PDFs of your readings automatically for record-keeping and compliance.
